This is the ultimate Selling programme that will give your own team the systems, skills, attitude, training and support to consistently smash your sales targets!

Delivered over 3 months and guaranteeing a minimum of 30%+ increase in sales and including over 15 days training, sales systems, manuals, materials daily and weekly statistical analysis and onsite coaching.

Who is this for?
Coaching programmes are totally unique to each Club/Leisure facility.

  • existing sales teams requiring development, a sales management system and positive habits of sales competence

When we consider that the average cost in our industry to have your own Sales Person can cost up to £20,000+ and a Sales Manager £25,000+ and for those who are serious about increasing sales revenue, have an Area Sales Manager or even Group Sales Manager @ £40,000 (never mind sales trainer). It is not cost effective for single and small chain, entrepreneurial clubs to have their own regional/group manager or sales trainer.

Synergy recognise this and devised Synergy Sales Coaching with you in mind. That is, a programme not only at a fraction of the cost, but is headed by either an International Sales Trainer and or Leisure Club Management Consultant, who guarantee results higher than any full Sales team could ever imagine.

So how do we make this self-financing so that there is no real cost to you?

Well firstly you pay only a small management fee per week (less than the cost of 1 members) and a small fee per member sold (depending on skill of sales person and resources). You will be asking how can we afford to do this so cheap. Well, just like the large chains of clubs (golf, fitness, tennis, martial arts), having a maximum of 3 independent clubs assigned to any one of our team, we need only take a small investment from each club. This fee is still cheaper than a Sales Person, Sales Manager or even Sales Trainer. Not only that, but by raising your enrolment fees marginally (that your team will be trained to do and have no problem justifying) the fee per member is totally covered. think about it! with only 1 member extra sold per week the programme is paid for!

How does it work?

Firstly we will take all the pressures of achieving ever more competitive sales targets off your hands. We will then install the SYNERGY Sales System and train your non-sales and sales staff to use it to increase sales. IF ONLY LIFE WERE SO SIMPLE. Unfortunately we know that Sales Persons unless managed, trained and motivated regularly with targets and enthusiasm, they will very quickly slip into a pattern they are used to (low outbound contacts, while waiting for enquiries coming to the club).

The Synergy Sales Track™ system (choice of manual or IT based) is reputed as one of the best in the world and gives you as the owner, the daily, weekly and monthly reports of exactly how well your sales team are performing. We will speak with your designated sales person daily to give guidance, training, motivation and ensure they are on target to achieve an agreed sales figure. We will also visit your club a minimum of 2-4 times per month. (you pay for the month management not each visit)
