SYNERGY Regional Sales Manager/Coaches x 2 (North England, Scotland & N Ireland)
£70k OTE.

An exciting opportunity to join the Synergy Sales Management team heading up the North of England, Scotland or N Ireland. This role is for someone who lives and breathes membership selling, marketing, sales coaching and sales management. The right individual will be groomed for and have the opportunity to become a Regional Sales Director with shares within a year and ultimately own their region.

This role would suit a proactive individual who enjoys and is highly effective at driving, training and coaching membership sales teams. You will work with Synergy client's helping them grow their membership base. For the individual to be truly successful they would ideally have an element of business/territory development and be able to sell Synergy training programes, marketing and support services. Quite simply the more you develop your region, the more you earn.

SYNERGY Impact Club Sales Manager
(including pre-sales)
£15-£19k basic - £35,000 OTE

Glasgow, Coventry, Nuneaton, Uttoxeter, Abingdon, Bracknell, Alton, Fleet, Minsthorpe, Andover, Hampshire.


An opportunity to join the elite Synergy Sales team Managing 2-5 sales consultants for our clients based in the above locations.
We want driven Sales Manager with a dynamic spirit and positive attitude who can inspire the sales team they are working with and lead the clubs to even higher sales success. You will spread your time across the 5 sites working with unique sales people to help them grow their abilities.
You....
Quite simply a Sales Manager who can sell, can lead by example, especially in areas of prospecting and outreach. Pre-sales experience advantagous as is the ability to demonstrate you know how to generate new leads.

You will be the evolution of a new breed of Sales Manager and very much the focus of our company. You will receive a strong Sales Managent Development programme combined with Sales Coaching skills (the first of its kind in the fitness industry) and for the right individual you will have the opportunity to progress to a Sales Coach/Regional Sales Manager. You will also have the opportunity to complete the MSM (Membership Sales & Marketing Diploma) over a 6 month period.
