Testimonial - Glasgow City Council

Just recently Star Trac demonstrated how they "Go the extra Mile" for Glasgow City Council's Glasgow Club, by sponsoring (and paying for!) a range of comprehensive training programmes for club staff provided by Synergy Training & Development.


The training coincided with the final week of refurbishment of the council's Springburn Leisure Centre.

32 of the staff experienced the power of the Insights Team Dynamics training, with every member of staff receiving an in depth personal profile highlighting their personality style, who in the team is their opposite, their strengths and strategies for communicating with them personally.

On the third day of training the team underwent the "Member Journey" covering topics such as....valuing members, understanding why members (emotionally) join, identifying and creating the clubs USPs, strategies on how to keep members happy and even how to sell to them in a style the customer prefers.
