Background
Steve started in the fitness industry 12 years ago as a Personal Trainer in New Zealand. He has worked in health clubs; set up PT studios; managed fitness centre’s, corporate health consultancies; and worked with elite athletes and national sporting teams.
Steve is considered an international expert in the business of fitness having built and sold two successful health and well-being companies, and now travels the globe advising clubs and chains how to implement successful Personal Training programs to improve member retention and create new and expanding revenue streams. Whether working within an existing PT infrastructure, or building a department from scratch, Steve helps to systemize the approach so the club can achieve continuity, as well as developing the frame-work for volume and quantity.
Steve works with PT departments delivering fun engaging Personal Training workshops to up skill both the Personal Training departments technical skills, and also sales and retention skills. While his back end management tools allow for the tracking and development of any Personal training team.
A regular on the international fitness convention circuit, Steve’s presenting style is up beat and enthusiastic, he engages audiences and inspires them to achieve more.
