Founder of Synergy Sales & Service Training ltd, practicing sports psychologist & life coach, accredited advanced sales trainer and team dynamic profiling specialist, Shaun is renowned for his practical sales coaching approach and sales teams’ ability to defy the most difficult of selling challenges and guarantee results.

Background

Shaun's passion for the Health and Fitness Industry started over 13 years ago as an Army Physical Training Instructor and has continued ever since to spread the good word for the benefits of health and Fitness (although these days with much less military persuasion).

Shaun's wartime postings in the Middle East at the height of the 1st Gulf War and Bosnia only strengthened his abilities to help others through stressful and challenging times. These strengths of leadership and ability to inspire others continue to shine through as he continues to use his team building and coaching skills strategies in his seminars and training today.

While living in Germany Shaun Studied Sports Psychology and was a practicing Sports Therapist for the Deutsche Olympia Stuetzpunkt. Shaun worked with many of the British Army's elite sportsmen in enhancing their training programmes to incorporate the psychology of succeeding as well as the physical aspects of winning.

Returning to the UK Shaun has held positions as a General Club Manager, Regional and National Sales Manager and is currently Director of Sales & Training for Synergy.

Shaun works with clubs throughout Europe delivering practical skills coaching and fun training programmes, helping fitness and sales teams build confidence to interact with and retain members longer than ever before, deliver outstanding customer service and continually smash sales targets.
