Who is this for?
Club Owners, Managers, Directors or those responsible for managing the sales function.
It's understandable that if you don't come from a strong membership sales and marketing background you may not know what simple, but effective strategies you are missing out on to maximise a greater share of sales opportunities. It is simply dangerous to rely on your newly recruited sales person or gym team to know how to create a sales prospecting funnel and convert these to memberships.
Many times in selling club memberships it really comes down to the way you set up your sales team, the sales resource tools you use to sell and track sales and the marketing resources you use to generate new leads.
