Synergy Sales - Positive Results

"From day one it was clear to see that Synergy had the dynamic vision to make a real difference for North Ayrshire Leisure. Shaun Adams was able to provide alternative sales and fitness solutions that would give our company a competitive advantage. The big benefit is that the formula, the system and the way of approaching sales has been tried and tested with private and public operators across the country and is available in a complete package. Like most new Leisure Trusts, the team dynamic was not sales oriented and not enough of the people in our teams were trying to make a sale (in a manner the customer valued).

The colourful instructing seminars stimulated the teams minds and created an awareness of their own personal styles and how to modify their style when dealing with others. The importance of a teeth, eyes and smile greeting, body language, tone and key words were all covered in action-packed and interactive sessions. A great team-building experience and not just for fitness teams. Our next step is to have a management only session for our Section Heads and their managers.

Through a series of sales and fitness training sessions we have been able to make a significant difference. Shaun Adams has made a seamless connection between our front of house, sales and fitness teams. This makes the customer service more focussed and the team more aware of the net worth of each customer interaction. Synergy were able to provide a sales force that made instant connections with the existing teams and increased the sales without the benefit of marketing support. The impact sales team portrayed our company in a professional way and made it clear to our teams the difference between relationship based selling, making a sale, and processing another DD contract.

Synergy reframed the way we sell fitness, the way we provide fitness to our customers and the way we serve our customers. Quite an impact in only 2 months.
